AFCAT 2 2015 Exam Vacancy details

Eligibility criteria:

Candidates willing to apply for AFCAT 2 2015 exam should check their age, educational qualification for various posts. AFCAT will be held to fill vacancies in Flying, Technical and ground duty branches of Indian Air force. Candidates willing to apply for flying and technical branches need to have B.E./B. tech qualification. Both male and female candidates can apply for all branches including flying if they have essential minimum qualification on date of filling AFCAT 2 2015 online application form.

Selected candidates after qualifying written exam and SSB will be appointed on Pay Scale of Rs. 15600-39100 with many perks including 50 lakh insurance.

  1. Flying branch- Rs. 74264
  2. Technical branch – Rs. 65514
  3. Ground Duty Branches – Rs. 63014

AFCAT 2 2015 Selection process and Exam pattern

Written exam will consist of General Knowledge, Math, English and Reasoning. All papers will be of objective type question paper with one correct answer. Each wrong answer (negative marking) will be treated as penalty and candidates have to suffer 1/3 marks loss. Each question paper will be of 100 marks and so total marks will be 300. Technical branch candidates also require to qualify EKT exam consisting of 50 marks after written exam of AFCAT 2 2015.
